Terms of use

This document describes the terms and conditions for booking, payment and stay at Hotel Agontsev, operated by the company Agontsev OOD with EIK: 204416866, registration address: Sofia, Svilenitsa Street, 12 and manager: Martin Agontsev.

Conditions for cancellation of a reservation - according to the type of reservation:

• Standard
  • Guest can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation within 1 day before arrival.
  • No prepayment required.
• Non Refundable
  • The guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time.
  • The guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation at any time.
• Fully Flexible
  • The guest can cancel their reservation free of charge at any time.
  • No prepayment required.

Date changes for non-refundable bookings can be made under the following conditions:

• Once per reservation 5 days or more before check-in
• At the same or higher price as the original booking
• Under the same conditions and with the same room type

Cancellation exceptions:

• Grace Period - No fees apply to bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.
• Early Cancellation - No fees apply for bookings canceled up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Payment options for reservations and services:

• By the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro - online or in person at the reception - in Bulgarian levs (BGN)
• In cash - in Bulgarian levs (BGN)

We accept bookings without credit card details from:

• Same Day Early Bookers: Guests who book between 09:00 and 16:00 and arrive on the same day when I have at least 5 rooms available.
• Same Day Late Bookers: Guests who book between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM and arrive on the same day when I have at least 3 rooms available.
• Guests booking shortly before arrival: guests who arrive 1 day after making a reservation when I have at least 10 rooms available.

Information and requirements for hotel guests:

• Check-in and check-out time:
  • Check-in from 2:00 p.m.
  • Check out by 12:00 p.m.
• Address information for the guest:
  • Guests are not required to provide their address when booking, but are required upon check-in
  • Guests are not required to provide their phone number when booking, but it is recommended that it be provided upon check-in
• Minimum age of at least one guest for a given reservation: 18 years
